I am currently in the process of writing up a small research paper, but I am quite rusty on my stats. My goal is to describe the prevailance of each parasite type, which I believe to be easy enough, just the percent of each type found in the total population at any point in time. Is this as simple as I am assuming?
I would appreciate any and all help, even just a point to a good book would do!
